I set this scene up in PSE 8.0 and used the tree and snowman as brushes. I added some shadows and embossed effect to the snowflakes and had the Merry Christmas print in color. I colored everything else with copics after printing, added stickles and one of those clear adhesive dimensional circle things. Mounted it all on some various coordinating patterned paper, tossed some sparkly fibers on.
