For this card I used the letters2color set and the borders4me set. I colored the dots on the "HI" with a blue copic marker. I stamped the open dot border around my yellow dot patterned paper and then stuck a blue rhinestone on every other circle. TFL! http://emmielouwho.blogspot.com/
