I made these cards from the Houses4us stamp set with an oval flip-it card base, some ribbon and patterned paper from the card kit club...not sure which month. Made several to give as a gift to someone who has just moved, now they can send out their new address with these cards in a variety of colors. Really love the green gingham ribbon (double sided print) makes it easy to tie a knot or bow!
